Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. table salt

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 325°F.
