Classic Gingerbread Cutouts

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
