Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed provolone cheese
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced pitted black olives
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta, drained (about 1 cup uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup Crisco Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil, or to taste

    • ¼ cup minced red onion
    • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
    • ¼ pound salami, chopped
    • 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
    • ½ teaspoon sugar
    • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
    • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
