  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
