  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup dried sour cherries
  • 2/3 cup slivered dried apricots
  • 2 cups almonds
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    • 6 cups regular rolled oats

1. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, and cinnamon. In a smaller bowl, whisk together honey, oil, and vanilla. Stir honey mixture into oat mixture until well blended.
