Clover Leaf

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 egg white
• 3 ice cubes
• Mint leaf
• 1 ½ ounces gin
• ½ ounce grenadine

Combine all ingredients except mint leaf in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Float the leaf on top of the drink.
