  • Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons crème de cassis (black currant-flavored liqueur)
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2-pint basket fresh raspberries
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 30 tablespoons sugar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 6 large egg whites
    • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 4 nectarines
    • 1 1/2-pint basket fresh blackberries
    • Fresh mint sprigs

Preheat oven to 200°F. Line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
