Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. light corn syrup
  • 1 cup finely shredded, unsweetened coconut (toasted, if desired)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • ½ cup coconut milk

Put the condensed milk, coconut milk, butter, corn syrup, and ½ cup of the coconut in a 3-quart heavy-duty saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
