Coconut Cake


  • 1 package(s) cake mix - white, chocolate or yellow
  • 1 pint(s) sour cream
  • 14 ounce(s) coconut - flaked
  • 2 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce(s) non-dairy whipped topping - thawed
  • ¾ cup(s) coconut - toasted
