Coconut Cream Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c. veg. oil
  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. (16 ounce) pumpkin
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (3 ounce) boxes coconut pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 c. flour

1. Mix oil, large eggs, pumpkin. Put together remaining ingredients and add in to pumpkin mix. Divide this mix into 9x5x3 inch bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour till done.
