  • 2 Pastry Dough for a double-crust 9- to 10-inch pie
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

    • 1 ½ cups sweetened flaked coconut
    • 2 whole large eggs
    • 1/3 cup sugar
