Coconut Easter Eggs

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoon(s) mashed potatoes, do not salt
• 1 cup(s) shredded coconut
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 ¾ cup(s) powdered sugar
• 4 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate
• ½ tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
