Ingredients

  • 2 ½ teaspoons instant-espresso powder
  • 6 6-oz ramekins
  • 3 whole large eggs
  • 1 13- to 14-oz can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 7/6 cups sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°F. Stir together espresso powder and water until powder is dissolved.
