  • ¾ cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 3 tablespoons triple sec
  • 1 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 5 tablespoons water
    • 1 ¾ cups sugar
