Coconut Flans

Ingredients

• ¾ cup sweetened flaked coconut
• 1 ¾ cups sugar
• 5 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
• 3 tablespoons triple sec
• 8 large egg yolks
