Coconut-Lime Bars with Hazelnut Shortbread Crust

Ingredients

  • 34 tablespoons plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¾ cup (packed) sweetened flaked coconut
  • 13 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 2 limes
    • 1 cup hazelnuts

Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F. Blend nuts and sugar in processor until nuts are finely ground. Add flour and salt; blend 5 seconds. Add butter and process until well blended.
