Coconut Lime-Curd Bars

- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons lime zest
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
