Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons lime zest
    • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
    • ¾ cup granulated sugar

Heat oven to 350° F. Combine the coconut, 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and the butter in the bowl of a food processor.
