  • 12 red snapper fillets
  • 1 ½ c flaked coconut
  • 2 ¼ c fine bread crumbs
  • 1 c coconut milk

    • Fish:
    • 6 T lime juice
    • 2 T Dijon mustard
    • ¾ c reduced-calorie mayonnaise
