Coconut Lime Snapper Fillets
Ingredients
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1 T lime zest
- 12 red snapper fillets
- 1 ½ c flaked coconut
- 2 ¼ c fine bread crumbs
- 1 c coconut milk

- Fish:
- 6 T lime juice
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- ¾ c reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- Mustard Lime Sauce:
