Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups half-and-half, divided
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • ½ cup chopped macadamias
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon minced dried pineapple

Cook first 3 ingredients and 1/2 cup half-and-half in a large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
