Ingredients

  • ½ cup flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 250°.Combine cream of tartar, salt, and egg whites in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
