  • 1 deep dish baked crust
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) Coconut
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) Sugar
    • 1 cup(s) carnation

Put cornstarch and sugar in pot and mix well. Add beaten eggs, water and milk and mix well. Cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from heat, add coconut, butter and vanilla. Pour in baked crust. Beat egg whites and pour over the top with coconut. Bake until meringue is brown.
