Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) Sugar
• 3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
• 3 tablespoon(s) corn starch
• 2 cup(s) milk
• 1 cup(s) Coconut
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 tablespoon(s) butter

  • 1 pie crust

Mix sugar and cornstarch in small bowl. In separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and 1 C milk; gradually add mixture to sugar. Add coconut and remaining milk.
