Coconut Pie 5
Ingredients
- 7 ounce(s) Coconut
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup(s) sugar
- 2 cup(s) milk
- ½ stick(s) melted butter
- 4 eggs
Mix sugar and flour, beat eggs well. Add to dry mixture. Add other ingredients. Pour into 2 well-greased pie pans. Bake at 350° until brown on top, about 35 minutes. Makes its own crust.
