Coconut Pie 8

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) coconut
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • ½ stick(s) butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) Milk

Pour milk over coconut while you mix other ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg one at a time and mix well-Add milk, coconut, and vanilla. Poor into uncooked pie shell and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until golden brown on top.
