Coconut Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup(s) shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon(s) melted butter

Combine coconut and melted butter. Mix, put into 9" pie plate and press firmly on bottom and sides. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Top with your favorite pie filling.
