Coconut Pie Crustless

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) Bakers coconut
  • ¼ cup(s) butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup(s) Bisquick
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
