  • 3 to 5 tbsp. ice water
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

1. In a food processor, pulse together flour, coconut, butter, sugar, and salt to form coarse crumbs.
