  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) sugar

    • BARS:
    • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) rum extract
    • ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
    • 7 tablespoon(s) reserved pineapple juice - or more if desired
    • 4 ounce(s) cream cheese - softened
    • 20 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple, drained - reserve juice
    • 6 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
    • 1 cup(s) pine nuts - toasted and chopped, can also use macadamia nuts
