- ½ teaspoon(s) rum extract
- ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
- 7 tablespoon(s) reserved pineapple juice - or more if desired
- 4 ounce(s) cream cheese - softened
- 20 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple, drained - reserve juice
- 6 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
- 1 cup(s) pine nuts - toasted and chopped, can also use macadamia nuts
