Coconut Pineapple Cake 2

Ingredients

• 1 package(s) instant vanilla pudding (5.1 ounce pkg)
• ½ cup(s) flaked coconut
• Cake
• 1 package(s) yellow cake mix (18.25 ounce)
• ¹/₃ cup(s) vegetable oil
• 1 cup(s) water

  • 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
  • ¹/₃ cup(s) flaked coconut
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 can(s) crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained (20 ounce can)

Heat oven to 350 F. Coat two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare and bake cake as directed on pkg. Cool cake in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans.
