Coconut Pineapple Cake 2
Ingredients

- ½ cup(s) flaked coconut
- Cake
- 1 package(s) yellow cake mix (18.25 ounce)
- 1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 cup(s) water

- 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
- 1/3 cup(s) flaked coconut
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1 can(s) crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained (20 ounce can)
Heat oven to 350 F. Coat two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare and bake cake as directed on pkg. Cool cake in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans.
