Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for oiling baking dish
  • 1 can (14 oz.) coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
