Coconut Pudding Triangles
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil for oiling baking dish
- 1 can (14 oz.) coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spread flaked coconut on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. 2. Oil an 8-in.-square baking dish.
