Coconut Raisin Flax Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 c rolled oats
  • ½ c sunflower seeds
  • ½ c blueberry flax seed meal*
  • ¼ c unsweetened dried coconut, shredded
  • ¼ c almonds, chopped
  • ¼ c pumpkin seeds
  • ½ c brown rice syrup** or 1/2 cup honey
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 T brown sugar
    • 2 T dairy-free margarine alternative or 2 tablespoons margarine
    • 2 t vanilla extract
    • ½ t salt
    • 1 1/5 c raisins
