  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 4 (6 oz.) cod fillets, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 lemon, quartered
    • 1 cup sour cream
