Cod Fillets with Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup sour cream

- 4 (6 oz.) cod fillets, thawed if frozen
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread olive oil in bottom of a bake-and-serve dish just large enough to hold fish fillets snugly. Toss half of onion slices in oil and arrange fish on top.
