Coffee Spice Cake 2

Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) strong coffee
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 ½ cup(s) brown sugar
• ¾ cup(s) shortening
• ¼ teaspoon(s) ginger
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• ¼ teaspoon(s) soda
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 ½ cup(s) Flour
  • ¼ cup(s) molasses

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and ginger together. Cream shortening with sugar until fluffy. Add molasses and eggs and beat together.
