  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee crystals
  • 3 tablespoons golden brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange six 3/4-cup ramekins or custard cups in 13x9x2-inch metal baking pan.
