Cold Cantaloupe Soup
- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 medium cantaloupes, halved and seeded
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- 1 ½ cups Sauterne or other sweet white wine
- ¼ cup lime juice
