Colorful Coleslaw with a Kick

Ingredients

• ½ medium head green cabbage, shredded
• ½ medium head red cabbage, shredded
• 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 carrots, shredded
• ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • ¹/₃ cup lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste

1. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, carrots, and cilantro.
