Colorful Vegetable Medley with Chive Aioli

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • Vegetables:
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 3 ½ cups broccoli florets (about 10 ounces)
  • 1 ½ cups (3/4-inch) diagonally sliced carrot
  • 2 tablespoons water
