  • 1 ounce(s) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 whole(s) strawberries
  • 1 cup(s) ice cubes
  • 1 ounce(s) mango nectar
  • 1 pineapple spear and 1 mint sprig
  • 3 ounce(s) pineapple juice

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the pineapple spear and mint sprig and puree. Pour into into a red wine glass and garnish with the pineapple spear and mint sprig.
