Cordon Bleu Cheese Sauce


  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 Melt butter in a sauce pan. 2 Stir in flour and salt. 3 Add milk and cheese and stir until melted. 4 Pour over cordon bleu and serve.
