Coriander Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 6 rib lamb chops
• 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat broiler. With a mortar and pestle or in an electric coffee/spice grinder grind coriander seeds. Mince garlic and mash to paste with salt.
