Coriander Noodles with Zucchini and Carrots
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ pound zucchini
- 6 scallions (1 bunch)
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 pound spaghetti
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
