Corn & Green Bean Bake


  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 1 tube(s) Ritz crackers
  • 1/3 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can(s) French style green beans, drained
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 ounce(s) sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix corn, green beans, sour cream and onion. Place in casserole dish. Cook 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Crush tube of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
