Corn Casserole 112


  • 1 can(s) whole corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 package(s) corn muffin mix
  • ½ cup(s) melted butter
  • 1 can(s) cream style corn
  • 1 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until firm in center. Serve hot or cold.
