Corn Casserole 113
- 1 stick(s) butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 box(es) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can(s) regular corn (undrained)
- 1 can(s) creamed corn
Preheat oven to 350°. Stir all ingredients together and pour into a 13" x 9" glass baking dish. Bake for one hour or until the top is lightly browned. Serves 6-8.
