Corn Hash Fritters


  • ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white sugar
  • 3 ears corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
