  • Sugar
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup fresh chives
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
    • 8 ears corn

Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before using.)
