Corn Pudding Supreme
Ingredients
- 1 package(s) corn bread/muffin mix (8 ½ ounce pkg)
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
- ½ teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 oz. pkg)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 can(s) cream style corn (16 ½ ounce can)
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 1/3 cup(s) fresh, frozen or canned sweet corn
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until set.
