Cornish Hens 2
Ingredients
- paprika
- celery salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Cornish hens, split inch half
Grease large baking pan. Place onion slices in bottom of pan. Place Cornish hens in pan, skin side up. Sprinkle hens with seasonings. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
