- 3 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) Currant jelly
- 1 cup(s) Burgundy wine

- 1 - 6 ounce box wild rice mix
Lightly salt and pepper hens. Cook rice according to package directions, and stuff hens. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Let bubble until thickened. Glaze hens.
