  • dash salt & pepper
  • 3 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) Currant jelly
  • 1 cup(s) Burgundy wine
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 Cornish hens
    • 1 - 6 ounce box wild rice mix

Lightly salt and pepper hens. Cook rice according to package directions, and stuff hens. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Let bubble until thickened. Glaze hens.
