Cornmeal Butter Crust


  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • ½ c yellow cornmeal
  • 2 T sugar
  • ¼ t salt
  • 7 t chilled unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 3 to 4 T ice water
