Cornmeal Cake

Ingredients

• Green Salad with Oil and Vinegar Dressing
• 1 large apple, peeled, cored, and cut into thin slices
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2 teaspoons unbleached all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons coarse yellow cornmeal
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 large egg

• • ¹/₃ cup (80 ml) milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
